Building Meaningful Careers for People with Autism and Developmental Disabilities
We believe everyone deserves the chance to do work that matters. Our programs connect individuals and families with training, mentorship, and tools to create meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities.
The term developmental disabilities includes autism, Down syndrome, and other lifelong conditions that affect learning, communication, and daily living. Our focus is on individuals whose developmental differences make it harder to find or keep fulfilling work—and the families who stand beside them.
We believe that recognizing autism and related conditions as disabilities does not diminish a person's worth. It simply acknowledges that people need understanding, opportunity, and the right kind of support to succeed.
